- Sourcing & factory coordinationOrders are placed with partner manufacturers and consolidated, so a mixed order of equipment and consumables travels under one set of documents.
- Export documentationCommercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the product certificates your customs authority requires, prepared before the goods ship.
- Shipping & deliverySea, air or rail freight from Shanghai under agreed Incoterms, tracked until arrival at the destination port.
- Installation & commissioningFor imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy and laundry plant equipment: site requirements supplied in advance, engineer support at installation, and acceptance testing.
- Training & after-salesOperator and engineer training, warranty handling, spare parts, and consumable re-orders matched to the original configuration.
Payment terms
T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight for equipment orders. Terms are confirmed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
Lead time
Consumables ship from stock where available. Equipment lead time is quoted per configuration at the time of the proforma invoice.
Support response
Technical issues are answered on the CN and UK lines during business hours, with the manufacturer's engineers brought in where a fault requires it.
Training for operators and engineers
Equipment is only as good as the team running it. For imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy and laundry plant installations we arrange operator training at handover and, where the manufacturer offers it, engineer-level maintenance training.
Training material and manuals are supplied with the documentation package for each line. Tell us the languages your team needs when you send the inquiry.
